Conditions
Conditions in which Tucatinib needs care, as documented in this source.
Hepatic Insufficiency
ModerateTucatinib is an hepatotoxic drug. Additionally, its exposure is increased in patients with severe hepatic impairment, reason why the dosage has to be reduced in these patients (Child-Pugh C). Consult the manufacturers prescribing information for details on dosage modification.
