Conditions
Conditions in which Gilteritinib Fumarate needs care, as documented in this source.
Hepatic Insufficiency
ModerateThe effect of severe hepatic (Child-Pugh Class C) or severe renal impairment (Clcr = 29 mL/min) on gilteritinib pharmacokinetics is unknown.

Long QT Syndrome
ModerateGilteritinib has been associated with prolonged cardiac ventricular repolarization (QT interval). Perform electrocardiogram (ECG) prior to initiation of treatment with gilteritinib, on days 8 and 15 of cycle 1, and prior to the start of the next two subsequent cycles. Interrupt and reduce the dosage of gilteritinib in patients who have a QTcF >500 msec. Hypokalemia or hypomagnesemia may increase the QT prolongation risk. Correct hypokalemia or hypomagnesemia prior to and during treatment administration.
